This container home is composed of a steel structure and EPS sandwich panels. 36m² are two bedrooms, a living room, dining area/kitchen and bathroom. The house comes equipped with full electrical wiring to Australian standards, power points and a circuit board.
As a result of its convenient installation and transportability, this house is widely used as but not limited to vacation houses, secondary family houses, temporary housing, accommodation, office spaces, granny flats, and emergency housing.

Exterior & Construction:
75mm EPS Galvanised Steel sandwich panels for the walls and ceiling for superior insulation.
Flooring & Trim:
18mm fibre cement board base, pre-fitted to steel frame.
PVC flooring pre-fitted to cement board base available in Oak.
Skirting included.
Robust Doors & Windows:
Glass windows with black aluminium frames and exterior glass doors are double glazed for improved insulation and sound deadening.
Fly screen on every window.
Interior bedroom and bathroom doors with door locks and door handles.
Kitchen:
L-shape kitchen with cabinetry and overhead cabinets, stone benchtop, and sink but require assembly as they are partially assembled for shipping.
The kitchen offers plenty of benchtop space and additional room and electrical for a refrigerator and oven/cooktop.
Bathroom:
Pre-fitted bathroom including a shower with mixer tap, bath tap, hot water system, hand shower head and rainfall shower head, sliding glass shower door, window and exhaust fan, white ceramic toilet, washer basin with mixer tap with space for compact washing machine under basin, mirror vanity cupboard, and fitted with a pattern tile.
Once water and power are connected to the unit, the bathroom will be fully functional.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom comes with an interior door with lock and one window.
Bedrooms are created by splitting the room by fitting a partition wall.
Electrical:
Pre-wired and have power outlets pre-fitted. Light switches are installed, and power is fitted in bedrooms,
bathroom, kitchen and living area.
There is also dedicated power for kitchen appliances, electric hot water, and air conditioning. By virtue of the expandable design, all power stems from the centre section of each unit.
Round LED oyster for each room with pre-fitted light switches.
Plumbing:
Inlet and outlet plumbing. There are separate drainpipes for wastewater and grey water. Water supply stems from the centre section of each unit.
Hot and Cold-water inlets with interior plumbing pre-fitted for kitchen sink, bathroom basin, toilet, and shower.
